The Bergamo "Fox“ Carlo Ubbiali (1929-2020) was a legendary champion of italian and world motorcycling.
Intelligent, intuitive, ruler of the mechanical medium ( MV Augusta), with which he formed a single body, he won, in ten seasons, 9 world speed championships; he obtained 39 victories and 68 podiums, 6 titles in the 125 class and 3 in the 250 class, achieved in the italian Speed Championship. In addition to 8 Italian titles, he won 39 world championship races. Subject of a great passion on the part of the motorcycling public, he was the reference point for the champions who came after him. It will remain forever a shining example in the history of pure and hard Italian sport.
