ART LIFE POLITICS. ITALIA 1918-1943
La FONDAZIONE PRADA é un'istituzione,conosciuta in tutto il mondo,dedicata all'Arte contemporanea e alla cultura. Nata nel 1993 e presieduta da Miuccia Prada e Patrizio Bertelli,ha due sedi a Milano e una a Venezia.
Nel 2018 ha realizzato una esposizione di straordinaria rilevanza storica e artistica, nella sede milanese di Largo Isarco,2.
Gli artisti in mostra sono quelli che operarono in Italia fra il 1918 e il 1943 e che esposero le loro opere in quei decenni: Fortunato Depero,Giacomo Balla ,Umberto Boccioni per l'Avanguardia futurista; Felice Casorati ,Massimo Campigli,Giorgio De Chirico,Mario Sironi per le altre tendenze figurative. E molti altri pittori e scultori che fecero grande il primo Novecento artistico italiano.
