JAGUAR XK 120, roadster luxurious sport car was first introduced into the public as a testbed at London Motor Show in 1948. It was the world's most powerful production car of stunning design at the time of its launch.
Over the period of six years, from 1948, 12055 Jaguar was produced in total. Car was available in two versions: cabriolet and coupé. The "120" in the name referred to the car's 120 mph (193 km/h) top speed with windscreen installed. 

The Xk 120 participated in 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1950, in Targa Florio and Mille Miglia and won Tourist Trophy.
In 1954 the car won the victory also in Mount Druitt 24 Hours Road Race and took numerous world record for speed. Like a real star on four wheels, Xk120 appears in film with other film stars such as Jack Lemmon and Judy Holliday in George Cukor's famous 1954 film "It Should Happen To You".
